• Add embedded voice-over database and improve Shut It sound management
  Embed a creature VO FileDataID database (CreatureVO.lua) built from the community listfile so NPCs are auto-muted on silence without manual ID entry. Reorder the explorer detail panel to keep sound ID lists at the bottom, add per-row play/remove buttons and a Clear All option, and move the add-ID input above the list. Add RefreshModuleConfig to Core so the settings panel count stays in sync after imports and NPC changes.
