Mealbook 0.1.0

The first release: a chef's cookbook that fills in as you learn to cook, and the road to 300.

• A page for every dish you know. Its ingredients and what it makes, its colours at each skill, when you learned it and first cooked it, and a note in the hand of your side's chef, Kendor Kabonka for the Alliance or Eunice Burch for the Horde.
• The road to 300. What to cook next, how many times and what to buy, from your skill now, with the recipes to learn on the way and each rank where it is really trained.
• Hunts. The recipes no trainer teaches and no shop keeps for long, each opening when your skill is ready: a stall's limited stock, a drop, a quest, and the other faction's recipes at a neutral auction house.
• The pantry. An ingredient's tooltip names the dishes you know it cooks into, and the book's front page shows what your bags can cook right now.
• Achievements. Each rank trained, the recipes you know, the dishes you've cooked, the first of each kind and the hunts you've found.
• Classic Era and World of Warcraft: Forever, in English and French.
