Adds the missing petbar when a non pet class uses mind control to gain a pet.

Currently in 1.13 you do not gain any pet bar as a non pet class when using mind control cap, greatly reducing the use of this item.

This AddOn fixes this and displays a pet bar to control your mind control pet.
