Settings panel rebuilt on the shared Mav settings API

  • Rewrote the settings page using MavCore's shared settings API instead of AceGUI-3.0 - same look as every other Mav addon's settings.
  • Test sounds and channel toggles are now compact multi-column grids instead of one-per-row lists.
  • Removed the embedded AceGUI-3.0 and AceGUI-3.0-SharedMediaWidgets libraries (~600KB smaller download).

This mod has no additional files
