Mature Language Filter Fix

Always sets mature language filter to OFF (4.3 resets it to ON every login)

The bug this addon fixed has been fixed by Blizzard, therefore this addon is no longer useful.

4.3 was bugged and reset your Mature Language Filter to ON every time you logged in. This tiny addon just turned it off on login.
