Reworked DPS meter UI/settings: split Appearance into Font and Style, and moved backdrop/title controls into the new Style tab.

Added improved mouseover behavior with a new Mouseover Buttons toggle (default ON) to control header button visibility on hover vs always shown.

Added session-aware DPS labels (DPS/Interrupts - Current|Overall) with live updates from real session state, plus alignment/text polish in the Sessions tab.
