Replaced the font dropdown’s giant Blizzard list with a compact custom scrollable font picker.

Selecting a font now updates the meter immediately without /reload.

Added mouse-wheel support for quick font cycling on the font control.

Added picker lifecycle handling so it closes on tab switch/settings close and doesn’t linger.
