1.3.0 Feature Change

• Added minimap icon and UI dialog with "bidzzzmode", "kittymode", "kiraahmode", and "hazelmode" toggles.
• Added "kittymode", "kiraahmode", and "hazelmode" with helpful messages for BM Hunter priority gear.
• Turned armor into physical damage reduction percentage.
• Added cap for defense rating similar to how the hit and expertise soft caps work.
• Improved stat recognition for shield block rating and shield block value.
• Added accounting for "ignore armor" which translates into an "armor penetration" stat in derived changes.
• Fixed bug with physical haste not being accounted for.
