Filter the annoying premade finder sound spam (only when sound is disabled).

Andrew Holbrook:
    - Filter that terrible sound the Premade Finder makes when someone applies to your group.
    UI_GroupFinderReceiveApplication is no longer played when your sound is turned off. If there are other sounds you wish to filter, you can add them to the table in the lua file. A UI will be made shortly to add these without editing the code.
