Andrew Holbrook:
    - Add Ace3 to OptionalDeps.
    - A simple add-on to hook PlaySound(File)() and add the optional channel argument (as Master) to all calls which exclude the argument. Thus enabling add-on sounds for old add-ons while in game sounds are disabled.
