Changes: - Testhud converted into GUI - Crusader Strike will now ignore blocked strikes (because in pve, where this funciton is for, will not be used). - Fixed various small bugs - Added graphics for the GUI & manabars - Changed mana per 5 seconds to only percentages

Known bugs - Righteous Fury will blink also when you change an aura - Sometimes Ardent Defender will not be checked - Functionality only possible after showing the configuration panel - Version number not right - Pet focusbar needs to get a new color
