* The quick sell panel will now use price data from previous saved scans to fill in the sell prices when that item has none for sale instead of leaving it blank. The price will be the trend price or the previous low price, whichever is higher.

* Added an option (enabled by default) to prevent the quick sell panel from allowing the user to sell items at a price that is less than 20% the trend price (if scans have been saved) or lower than vendor sale value. This is to prevent accidentally selling items at prices set far below item value.

* Fixed a logic error that was causing queries to not apply filters correctly.
