Role Poll seemed to be not functioning properly with or without my AddOn -- was unable to fully test.

A known issue exists where a player may attempt to place a World Marker and an error will occur mentioning that another Addon blocked said attempt.  This is a known issue for all such marking addons and cannot be fixed as of yet.
