Fixed

- Saved panel position: coordinates are accepted only if they are finite numbers (rejects NaN and ±Infinity), same rule when applying a stored anchor on load and when writing after drag.

Changed

- Panel position: current anchor is written to `MarkTargetDB.panelPosition` on `PLAYER_LOGOUT` as well as on drag end, so the last known layout is persisted even if a drag end callback did not run (e.g. unusual client timing).
