Panel improvements

• Added a close button (×) to dismiss the panel without using the minimap button
• Added a "Hide all" button alongside "Show all" to uncheck all quest types at once

Internals

• Removed the minimap filtering module — quest giver pins (!) on the minimap are rendered by the WoW C engine and are not accessible as Lua frames; individual filtering is not possible
• QuestBlobPinTemplate added to pass-through list to prevent false filter hits on quest area overlays
