These terms apply to the original MapMate code, documentation and original
assets for which Devetik holds the relevant rights (the "Protected Materials")
distributed with MapMate 1.8.2 and subsequent releases bearing this license.

The following are EXCLUDED and retain their respective licenses and notices:
- everything under libs/;
- Localization/localization.lua, including the Russian translation credited
to ZamestoTV, which remains under Mozilla Public License 2.0;
- any other third-party materials, including game artwork, fonts or sounds
to the extent owned by someone other than Devetik.

See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and licenses/MPL-2.0.txt. Nothing in these terms
restricts rights granted by the licenses of these excluded materials or grants
rights in third-party materials that Devetik does not hold. These terms do not
claim ownership of third-party contributions.

2. PERMITTED USES

You may, free of charge:
- download and install official copies of MapMate and use them while playing
World of Warcraft;
- read and study the source code, and make backup copies for your own use;
- modify your own copy for your own private use, without distributing that
modified copy or the Protected Materials to others;
- show MapMate in screenshots, videos and live streams, including monetized
content, without presenting yourself as its author;
- share links to Devetik's official distribution pages, including through
addon collections or manifests that fetch the official release without
including or republishing the Protected Materials themselves.

The source code remains visible and accessible. No payment is required to use
MapMate under these permissions.

3. PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION REQUIRED

Except for the permissions above, an applicable statutory exception, or rights
you independently hold under another valid license, you must obtain Devetik's
prior written permission to:
- redistribute, upload, mirror, republish or otherwise supply copies of the
Protected Materials to others, whether unchanged or modified;
- publish or distribute a modified version, fork, port or renamed version
containing Protected Materials;
- copy or incorporate Protected Materials into another addon or product;
- sell or sublicense the Protected Materials, or include copies in a package
or addon collection distributed to others.

These requirements apply to free and paid distribution alike. Giving credit
does not replace the requirement for prior written permission.

CurseForge/Overwolf and any other platform or distributor expressly authorized
by Devetik may host and deliver official releases, including updates, in
accordance with the permissions Devetik grants and the applicable platform
agreements. This exception does not authorize users to create competing project
pages, reuploads or modified distributions.

4. NOTICES AND REPRESENTATION

Keep applicable copyright, attribution and license notices with copies of the
Protected Materials. Do not claim authorship of another person's work or imply
that Devetik endorses an unofficial release. No trademark rights or right to
impersonate the official project are granted by these terms.

5. PREVIOUS RELEASES AND INDEPENDENT RIGHTS

This change is not retroactive. Copies and contributions previously made
available under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 or another license retain the
rights granted under that license. These terms do not withdraw those grants
or prevent their lawful exercise. The new restrictions cannot be used to
prohibit a fork that lawfully relies on previously MPL-licensed material.

Nothing in these terms restricts excluded third-party components, independently
developed code, or rights and exceptions provided by applicable law.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Protected Materials are
provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that
same extent, Devetik is not liable for damages arising from their use or
inability to use them. Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable
law does not permit to be excluded.

All permissions not expressly granted here or independently available to you
are reserved. This is a proprietary license, not an open-source license.
