Keeps the world map centered on your character while you move. Made for OpenMap, also works with the default map.

Map Follow 1.5.0
- New settings window (/mapfollow settings, or click Map Follow in the
add-on menu by the minimap) with a Follow speed slider from 1 to 5.
Lower lets you drift further before the map catches up and is easiest
on frame rate; higher keeps you closer to the middle. 3 is the default
and matches 1.4's Smooth follow. Saves as soon as you move it.
- /mapfollow speed 1 to 5 sets it from chat.
- Even at 5 the map moves at most 5 times a second, never every frame,
and nothing runs while the map is closed.
- Your 1.4 choice carries over (Smooth = 3, Light = 1).
