Reworked the tracker rounded-background renderer and mask assets to restore continuous rounded corners during resizing without visible seams.

Improved faction, event, standing, texture-picker, and bar-update handling, including arena/PvP-aware behavior and deferred UI refresh support.

Added Bindings.xml, Suite vendor files, and regression snapshot/reference material for ongoing validation.
