Make Casters Blue

Colors enemy caster nameplates blue on the default Blizzard nameplates. No custom bars, no reskinning — just the color.

A caster is any attackable enemy NPC with a mana pool (the same heuristic Platynator uses). Neutral (yellow) mobs and players are left alone.
