Mail Box Plus v1.6.4 — Post-12.0.5 Compatibility Hotfix

Bug Fixes

• Unread mail icon sometimes lingering after the inbox is empty — The little minimap envelope wasn't always clearing when you'd read everything, leaving it hanging there to make you think there was still mail to grab. Tracked it down to a Blizzard rename that quietly happened a while back — MBP was looking for the icon under a name that no longer exists. Now finds it at its current path, with fallbacks for older clients and the Classic forks. Thanks to gyrester and pjaywow for the persistent reports.
• Open All still bailing out on a single laggy mail (follow-up to 1.6.3) — On slower realms or with the tighter event timing in 12.0.5, one sluggish mail near your "Free Bag Slots to Keep" threshold could still abort the rest of the run, leaving you to press Open All again to finish up. The check now waits for the actual inventory-full message from the server before flagging bags as full. A laggy mail just gets skipped and the run keeps going.
