MWS - Maelstrom Weapon Stacks

Tracks maelstrom weapon stacks because in-game UI is trash. Pretty much purely vibe coded so to your discretion but i think worked out. An orb for each stack, you can move the orbs, group them, change color, there is themes and animations, and whatever.
