A customizable Maelstrom Weapon tracker for Enhancement Shaman. Ten orbs, one per stack, that fill as you build and light up when you cap. Everything is configurable and stays out of your way when you don't need it. Updated for patch 12.0.7.

Type /mws to open the config, or find it in the Blizzard AddOns menu.

The orbs

Ten orbs track your Maelstrom Weapon stacks in real time.
Move them anywhere — drag individually with edge snapping, or move the whole row as a group.
Scale, black border, and drop shadow are all toggleable.
Optional "combat only" mode hides them while you're out of combat.
Colors & themes

Set every orb's color individually with a full color wheel.
10 built-in themes: Rainbow, Molten Core, Glacier, Tempest, Verdant, Earthen, Void, Sunset, Tidal, and Spirit Wolf.
Save your own color setups as named themes. They persist across sessions; right-click one in the list to delete it.
10-stack animations
When you hit 10 stacks the orbs can do more than sit there. 14 effects, from loud to subtle:

Solid Color: pick any single color, no motion.
Rainbow Wave, Tempest Flare, Chaos Fire, Void Eclipse, Frost Flash, Solar Flare, Toxic Bloom, Arcane Surge — themed color animations.
Hyper Heartbeat — pulse in your own colors.
Breathe, Shimmer, Groove — keep your theme colors and animate them, calm to energetic.
None — completely still, if you just want the color.
The picker shows a color-palette preview for each effect.

Tempest (Stormbringer) tracking

When Tempest procs, the orbs recolor and crackle so you actually notice it.
Works in combat — it reads the proc activation, not the buff aura (Blizzard hides that aura from addons mid-fight).
Toggle it on/off and set your own Tempest color.
Stack count text

Optional number showing your current stack count.
14 fonts (including Roboto), outline style, size, and color.
Sound alerts

One sound when you cap at 10, and a separate sound on each stack gained.
Several built-in sounds (bloop, bloop2, ploop, synthetic), some with randomized pitch so they don't get grating.
Volume slider.
Config
Tabbed panel — General, Sounds, Text, Animation, Colors — with a one-click "Reset All to Default."

Pretty much purely vibe coded so to your discretion but i think worked out. An orb for each stack, you can move the orbs, group them, change color, there is themes and animations, and whatever.
