Maelstrom Weapon

Draggable counter showing your current stacks
Icon dims while building, lights up fully at 5 stacks
Configurable text color for "building" vs. "at 5 stacks"
Sound alert and a glowing proc effect when you hit 5 stacks

Earth Shield

Tracks who you last cast it on and their remaining charges
Click the tracker to recast it on that same target, even mid-combat
Automatically hides if you don't have the rune equipped
Glows if the shield falls off while you're in combat, so you don't miss it

Lightning / Water Shield

Shows whichever one is currently active, with remaining charges
Click to recast the same one
Glows if neither is active while you're in combat

Every tracker is independently draggable (shift-drag) and scalable
