Fixed bug in retail that was causing the addon to create general macros instead of character macros.

Updated TOC File for the War Within, Classic MOP, and Classic Era.

Verified to work with all known versions of WoW: Retail, Classic MOP, Classic Era, etc.

Corrected all files to use the new APIs.

Minimap button now opens the config on right click, and shows/hides on left click.

Settings are now correctly saved.

You can now add a new spell icon on top of the old one, so you don't have to right click to clear the button anymore.

  Fixed an issue that was causing the Macro Panel to close if you had it open when making a macro. Unfortunately Blizzard decided that the Macro panel will only open to the General Macros, not the Character Specific ones.
