The "?" icon stays automatic when you save.

• Saving no longer freezes the icon of a #showtooltip macro on the spell it showed at that moment. WoW never tells an addon which icon a macro stores, only the one it shows, and the guess MacroForge made from the spell being cast moved with the game state (a castsequence step, a clause not active right now): the editor then wrote the shown icon back and the macro kept it. The editor now hands WoW no icon at all unless you picked one, the guess also recognises every spell and item the body names, and a set, a duplicate or a restored revision that carries a shown icon writes "?" instead.
• Revisions: a #showtooltip macro no longer gets a new revision each time the icon it shows changes.
• Dev bridge (tools/bridge.sh): finds the account that is logged in and the addon folder the client loads; the addon reloads by itself once the query ran.
