Drag n' Macro

v0.5.2: Fixed nomod being forced on every no-modifier row even when no other row uses a modifier, which could prevent a manually self-targeted friendly cast from resolving -- nomod is now only added when actually needed to disambiguate against a modifier-using row (e.g. Arena PvP setups). Removed auto-icon selection; macros created by the builder use a neutral placeholder icon again instead of picking up a spell's icon (avoids a misleading icon if Blizzard's dynamic showtooltip refresh gets stuck).
