A resource bar for a number of classes similar to the weak auras of old

Description
This bar shows a bar for your class resource, mana, runic power, holy power also shows stagger for monk which is sort of a resource. Its based on some old weak auras that used to exist but sadly are unavailable now. This bar is seperate from all other addons and shouldn't interact with them or the blizzard ui.
It supports all specs, though specs i don't play might need a little more work.
