    Script: Finished NewPlayerExperience script.
    - All of Exile Reach should be working fine now.
    - Supports LUI Bars and BT4 until they add their own support for it.
    - Correctly detect if Spellbook notification should be shown.
    - Do not show LFG tutorial while you're inside the dungeon.

    Grid is no longer maintained, it has been forked and renamed to Plexus. (#3)

    The codebase is largely the same, these commits reflect the rename. The installation of the Plexus addon is required and a restore to the default settings (e.g. Restore Plexus) for users who already installed LUI with Grid.
