• feat: defer to Lantern modules and ship modules off by default
  When Lantern is loaded with FocusCastBar or GatewayReady enabled, LWT
  yields to it to avoid duplicate cast bars and gateway alerts.
  All LWT modules now default to disabled on fresh installs — users
  opt into the features they want via /lwt. Existing installs keep
  their saved settings.

• Rework consumable alerts to use addon communication (LanternCA prefix)
  Each client now broadcasts its own consumable placements via addon comms
  instead of relying on UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED for other players. Shares
  the LanternCA prefix with Lantern for cross-addon interoperability. Defers
  to Lantern's ConsumableAlerts when both addons are active.
  Also adds repair bot tracking, all feast variants, and party support.
  Focus cast bar: important cast highlight is now a border glow instead of
  overriding the interrupt ready/cooldown bar color. Added secret value
  guards on cast duration and spell importance checks.
  Remove empty stub files (summon.lua, tracker.lua).
