    Fix false positive kicks from CHANNEL_STOP, add CC tracking, bump 1.3.1.4

    - CHANNEL_STOP now only triggers kick attribution if the channel was cut
      short (tracks CHANNEL_START endTime, ignores natural completions)
    - PET handler: add noInterruptPlayers check (was missing)
    - Add CC_SPELLS table (70+ spells, all classes, with DR categories)
    - Log [CC] in dungeon record when a mob channel is cut short (kick or CC)
    - Log [CC_SELF] in dungeon record when the player casts a CC spell
    - Dungeon log: increase recording limit from 600 to 10000 entries
    - Dungeon log: display capped at 2000 entries to prevent UI freeze
    - Hide all slash commands from UI except /loxx
