Added configuration support!
Open Interface Options -> Addons -> Low Mana, Moooo! to change configuration.
1. Toggle on/off whether to send message to party/raid chat.
2. Select Cow Sound (Cow Wound, Cow Death)
3. Select the percent of leftover mana for sound to play.
