Instal like any other AddOn. Configure: "/liita" in chat. Retail may also use the Minimap AddOn menu.

Love Is In The Air is one of the easier World Events for achievement hunters but this AddOn nevertheless provides useful tips or reminders for the achievements and daily/seasonal quests. LIITA is a boon for players wishing to level characters, due to the easy and decent XP. There are a ton of pets, mounts and cosmetics to collect too!
