### New: Plot/NPC Panel
- New "Plot" tab for game masters to manage NPCs for their group
- Spielleiter-Modus toggle directly in the panel
- "Charakter als NPC" — import existing characters as NPCs with full attributes and skills

- Editable fields: Name, Description, Armament, Raid Marker, Status

- Solo mode for local play

### Improvements
- Character New/Delete buttons moved into the Character tab (removed from top bar)
