Full Changelog

• Fix: key table no longer clears on spec/role changes; refresh on vault open
  GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE fires for any group state change, not just joins/leaves.
  The previous wipe(keyData) on every event caused the panel to flash empty
  whenever someone changed spec or a role was assigned. Now tracks actual
  membership with a snapshot; only prune the departed player's entry on a
  real leave, and only send REQ when membership genuinely changes.
  Also registers WEEKLY_REWARDS_SHOW to re-request party keys when the
  Great Vault is opened — useful for planning before the next key.
  Bumps version to 2.3.10.
