**LOSTBETS v1.0 — RELEASE**
LostBets is ready for guild use.
The **Companion** lets you:
• View live survival pots
• See current pot size, tickets and bettors
• Place weighted bets through in-game mail
• Request a new pot with a minimum **1g** starting ticket
• See settled results and the winner directly on the board
• Track dead/survived pots until the House manually removes them
**How it works**
A pot is opened on a guild member with a Survive-To level.
If they reach that level alive, **the target wins**.
If they die first, **one funded ticket wins by weighted draw**.
Every copper wagered = one unit of draw weight, so a 1g ticket has 4× the draw weight of a 25s ticket.
**Install**
Download the Companion ZIP, extract the `LostBetsCompanion` folder into:
`World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\`
Then type:
`/lostb`
For a **Start Pot Request**, open a mailbox and use the button in Companion. Minimum starting ticket is **1 gold**.
