  • Reduce the thresholds for announce/alert of regaining control.
    Reduce the thresholds to 1.5 seconds for announcing/alerting of
    regaining control to match the thresholds for losing control.
  • Sort the Loss Of Control events alphabetically in English.
  • Allow "/loc announce|alert" to toggle the named options.
  • Fix bug where some options couldn't be re-enabled after disabling.
    Setting a "disabled" handler in a group applies the handler to the
    entire group, not just to the individual controls in the group.
