• Improve fallback setting for duration in received messages.
• Choose how to make local announcements for player Loss Of Control.
  The player can toggle whether to make local announcements for Loss
  Of Control in the chat window and in the raid warning message area,
  both turned on by default.
• Track expiration time instead of time remaining on Loss Of Control.
  This makes it more apparent when an event is supposed to expire
  without additional calculations.
