Announces when you lose control of your character (e.g., stuns, silences, etc.)
For settings, go to Interface > AddOns > LossOfControlAnnouncer, or type /loca in the chat window.

- WeakAura version for those who'd rather not have a full addon
Known issues:
- Yell/Say doesn't work except in instances. This is a technical limitation of the Blizzard API.
