Loreward Scribe 0.5.23

Scribe is ready for launch: its questions follow Loreward 0.13.8 and its plan covers every level.

• The "what to play" plan (/scribe todo plan) now covers levels 1-60, not just the beta's 30.
• Questions about whether a quest is offered to every class now name the classes already seen, so you only need to note it if yours is refused.
• Answers from two characters of the same player now count as one player, so Scribe keeps asking others until a second player confirms.
• The help texts and the README no longer mention the beta.
