Moved initial criteria update to PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD event for more consistent results, should prevent any errors.
Adding the closest waypoint is delayed 5 seconds from when the player enters the world.
Updated locales.

Once the final phase is unlocked on the Isle of Thunder and I am able to get the screenshot of the final waypoint this addon will go release instead of remaining in beta.

Added screenshots for the waypoint frame for most of the Isle of Thunder lore items.  Some items aren't available until stage 5 is unlocked, which it isn't.

Added new achievements and criteria introduced in patch 5.2!
This is a beta version to make sure the waypoints themselves work, no waypoint images have been added as of yet.
