Added translators section to the about page to give well deserved recognition to the people who took time to do translations for this addon.

Addon now uses Astrolabe to determine map ID for the various uses throughout the addon.

Added more error checking for issues with Astrolabe.
Added more error checking for the CRITERIA_UPDATED event.
Added zone parameter to the chat command for printing your criteria information for your current zone.
