Fixed Damage counter on the right foot dot (thanks to Bonechatters for pointing it out)

Critical bug fix: time compared to a nil value not the correct segment size.

Added simple damage statistics, total damage and number of hits on each foot AND damage from dots and the number of ticks that happened.
(note that the dot damage and number of ticks is already included in the total numbers, but there for reference) .

This is the first version of the add-on, done it rather quickly.
Its a basic monitor for who is targeting which foot on the fight for the raid leader to see, incase someone is slacking to switch feet or anything. it currently reads the current target.

Coming soon. damage statistics on each foot.
