Fixed ilvl deletion if below certain ilvl, remember add any items (like baron's 2h) that are below that ilvl to keep list so youi dont' sell it.
DeleteCursorItem() has been protected, added /lwiw cleanup to popup event, can no longer auto delete but run macro or the cleanup button in the GUI.
