- Added raid dropdown only during fated tiers
- Added fated check to update ilvl for all raid items to be at awakened level if its fated season
- fixed popup to occur properly

-disabled dungeon functionality until Fated begins due to blizzard changing (read breaking) the encounter journal for current dungeons
