LootOptimizer Forever

Fixes

• Spell Damage and Spell Healing were not counted by the Upgrade Advisor. Gear with "Spell Damage" or "Spell Healing" scored as if those stats were not there. A Retribution Paladin could be told "+61.1%" for boots that cost him 3 Spell Damage, and healing gear could score too low for a healer, so LOF did not always protect it. This existed since 1.3.0. Now Spell Damage counts for the damage talent trees (with the same weight as spell power), and Spell Healing counts for the healer trees (Holy Paladin, Discipline, Holy Priest, Restoration Shaman and Druid). An item with both counts once: the damage for damage specs, the healing for healers.
• Stat weights 0.2.3 (beta). The website table has new rows "Spell Damage" and "Spell Healing".
