Lootoman

Lootoman makes looting instant and shows you what you got. It is a fast autoloot addon for World of Warcraft (Retail): with the game's Auto Loot on, it picks up all the loot at once and keeps the loot window hidden, and a loot feed next to the centre of the screen shows the items, currencies, money, reputation and experience you gain. Everything looks like the default game interface.

Fast autoloot

• When the game loots automatically, Lootoman takes every item, coin and currency from the loot at once, without showing the loot window. It works for corpses, chests, gathering and fishing.
• It takes one item at a time, as fast as the server answers, so even a large area loot after a big pull does not disconnect you.
• Before it starts, it checks bag space for the whole loot: room in stacks you already have, free slots in your bags, profession bags for the items they hold, and the reagent bag for crafting reagents. What does not fit stays in the loot window, which then opens with the items that are left.
• Items that bind when picked up are confirmed for you when you are not in a group (you can turn this off). In a group, the loot window opens and you decide.

Loot feed

• What you pick up appears next to the centre of the screen and fades out: items with their quality colour and how many you now own, currencies, money, reputation and, if you want, experience.
• Picking up the same item again adds to its row instead of making a new one. Money from merchants, the mailbox, trading, the auction house and banks is not shown, because it is not loot.
• Choose what the feed shows, the lowest item quality, how many rows it shows at once, whether new rows appear on top or at the bottom, how long rows stay and fade out, its size and background, and a glow for rare items.
• Point at a row to see the item's tooltip; the feed waits while you do.
• Place the feed with the game's Edit Mode, with its own position in every Edit Mode layout. Its options are in its Edit Mode window too.

Row designer

• Change how the feed's rows look: click a part of a row (the icon, the name, the amount, the owned count) and drag it, or set its size, what it is anchored to, its offsets, and a text's size, maximum width and alignment.
• Keep your designs as named layouts that every profile can use. New layouts start from the Large, Compact or Minimal design.

Profiles

• Every character can use its own profile, or share one with others.
• Share a profile, or just your row layouts, as a line of text, and import it on another character or from another player. You choose which parts to take.

Getting started

1. Turn on the game's Auto Loot: Options → Game → Controls → Auto Loot. Holding the auto loot key while looting does the opposite, as usual.
2. Loot something: the loot window stays hidden, and the feed shows what you got.
3. Open Lootoman's options with /lootoman (or /ltm), or Options → AddOns → Lootoman. Move the feed in Edit Mode.

Commands

• /lootoman or /ltm: open the options.
• /lootoman design: open the row designer.
