Working solution for Bind on Pickup items.  Everything seems to be working now.  There's a second popup for bind on pickup that times out after 30 seconds.  If you try to loot again while it's up bad things happen, I was too lazy to fix that.  Just click a button on it once you've selected yes or no on the BoP item.  If I feel un-lazy later I might add a config option that auto-confirms if chosen.
