How items are rated: your choice

• Standard (Percent) or Advanced (Sim, Beta), picked once per character at the first start, changeable any time in the settings (General).
• Standard (Percent): every upgrade in percent by your spec's stat weights, right away and with nothing to run. Made for tanks, DPS and healers. Your list, upgrade marks, tooltips, loot rolls and For you all follow it.
• Advanced (Sim): every upgrade in DPS from the simulator, for players who want to run sims themselves.
• Stat weights
• Your own stat priority (Percent): drag your spec's stats into your own order in the filter. Only the stat you move changes, and "Default order" brings your spec's order back.
• Healer talents played for damage: Holy (Damage) for Paladins (Shockadin), Discipline (Damage) and Holy (Damage) for Priests.

Best in Slot: only what you can really get

• Quest rewards you can take at your level (dungeon, open world and class quests, e.g. Whirlwind Weapon from level 30), dungeon and raid loot, rares and Blacksmithing items. A quest counts at most 10 levels below its own level.
• Tanks wear their heaviest armor (Protection Paladins and Warriors mail, plate from level 40; Bears leather). With no heavy piece at your level, the next lighter one fills the slot.
• Everything else shows as an alternative in the slot's list. A slot with nothing at your level stays empty and says why.

New filter on the Best in Slot page

• One button at the top shows your spec and your sources. A click opens a panel to pick your spec, your armor (Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate) and your sources (Quests, Dungeons, Rare, Crafted, World).
• Drop chance slider: from All drops to 50 % (10 % to start with, the mouse wheel moves it by 1 %). Drops without a known chance always count.
• It starts realistic (no crafted items, no random world drops) and counts for the whole addon: your list, For you, the upgrade marks and the sims. "Back to realistic" undoes your changes.
• The filter explains itself the first time you open it.

Your own sets

• Set 1 and Set 2 are always on the Best in Slot page, next to What I wear and Best in Slot.
• Click any slot to see every item you can put on there, with a search (names and sources), armor chips and "Higher levels". Pick one and it goes into your set. None takes an item out again.
• Each set shows what it adds; with Sim, "Sim this set" gets its exact DPS.

Smaller changes

• The minimap button switch moved to Settings → Look & color.
• Open windows (upgrade box, dungeon map loot) follow your filter, your stat priority and a finished sim at once.
• The tour's Filter step shows the new filter.

Fixes

• Opening the simulator could end in a "stack overflow" error.
• The filter's tutorial could close the filter when you clicked Next.

Note for Sim users: your Best in Slot sim from before shows "outdated" once, because the list rules changed. Run it once and it's up to date again.
