• Master looters can refresh and rebroadcast their settings after a handoff. /lt mldb refresh restores the current master looter's local settings and sends fresh MLDB, council, and observer state to the group.

Fixed

• ML Observer Mode now follows the current master looter's settings after handoff. The active master looter no longer inherits stale observer state from the previous master looter, and if the ML is configured as an observer they remain unable to cast council votes.
• Council and observer rosters refresh even before a new loot session is active. A master looter settings refresh now pushes the local council and observer configuration to the group instead of waiting for an active session first.
• Completed trades leave the trade queue reliably. Loothing now recognizes successful trades by message type or localized text, tracks staged trade items by queue entry, handles duplicate copies of the same item more safely, clears completed-trade warnings, and prunes stale completed entries from saved trade queue data.
