• Council members can vote again when open observation is enabled. Ranked-choice voting no longer treats eligible council members as read-only observers just because the raid is allowed to watch the council table.
• Ranked-choice vote windows now stay honest about failed submissions. If a vote cannot be accepted because the item closed or eligibility changed, the window stays open instead of disappearing without sending the vote.
• Self-vote rules now apply consistently in ranked-choice voting. When self-voting is disabled, the ranked-choice panel blocks your own candidate just like the council table's normal vote buttons do.
• Late council vote recovery is more reliable. Vote retractions no longer resend old choices, missing-vote polls can still recover votes after tallying, and late accepted votes refresh the displayed results.

Hardened

• Session and sync messages reject malformed payloads earlier. Observer roster, settings sync, history sync, and cross-realm relay messages now validate their shape before Loothing reads or routes them.
